Acorn Design is able to provide services from concept to manufacture. With our team of Industrial Designers, Graphic Designers, Manufacturers and Suppliers we are able to provide services to our clients from any stage of the Design and Manufacturing process. 

Concept to Production

- Concept to Production: Moving the product from concept to production through the use of 3D software and 3D Printing

Prototyping

Acorn Design is able to provide prototyping services including but not exclusive to 3D Printing and low volume production. 

Detailing

Acorn Design will take your product from the 3D files and create the 2D technical drawings. Throughout the Industrial Design process we always keep in mind the best and most cost effective way of producing our client`s product. The Detailing stage is where we issue to our clients all the necissary 3D and 2D files for manufacture.

Manufacturing and Production

Acorn Design are expereienced in a wide range of manufacturing techniques, including, but not exclusive to, sheet metal, hydraulics, injection moulding, carbon fiber moulding, powdercoating, anodizing, leather upholstery, foam moulding and casting. We have also dealt extensively with global manufacturing in Europe, Oceania, Asia and America and Canada. 

Acorn Design also work with our client`s existing teams of scientists, engineers, manufacturers and suppliers to work towards the final design. We believe in collaboration. As part of our services we will supply 3D files and drawings to ensure our clients are able to continue with ongoing production.

Support

Acorn Design believes in creating long term relationships and continue to provide design, manufacturing and production support for our clients. Revision updates to products and next generation design  are services we continue to provide to many of our existing clients.
