MP30 PNG TRANSCEIVER
Acorn Design has designed and developed the MP30 which is the more compact version of the MP50 PNG Transceiver. As with the MP50, the MP30 is also a wireless intercom system made to be used in and around aircraft. It also has a robust, waterproof body designed to be used in extreme environments - satisfying stringent Aviation Standards.

- Research: Current market trends and competitive products
- Concept Development: Sketches and photo-realistic renderings were presented
- Concept to Production: Moving the product from concept to production through the use of 3D software and 3D printing
- Prototyping: 3D Printing of the chosen concepts
- Manufacturing: Liaising with existing Axnes suppliers, manufacturers and scientists to finialise the design
- Detailing: Finalising the 3D design and creating 2D technical drawings for manufacture
- Supply of all final files and drawings required for ongoing production
